Just had to snap this shot of Elmo, who looks to be praying out of fear. And who could blame him? If you saw how Gabriella "loves" him--biting, shaking, squishing, throwing--you'd be scared too!

Blast from the past
Thanks to http://www.yearbookyourself.com/, I had more than a few laughs tonight as I checked out my family in the 60s and 70s.

B.F.F.
Make no mistake about it: this cat is crazy. She will turn on you with little to no warning and for even less reason. But somehow the cat tolerates Gabriella, who often uses the cat as a pillow, sometimes tries to feed the cat her stuffed animals and occasionally sits on the cat while bouncing and squealing in delight.
Zadie and Me
Gabriella cries when something she loves ends. Even if it's a song on an album full of songs, she cries for those few silent seconds after one song ends and before another begins. It's sweet and heartbreaking.
Well, I guess she loved the New England Aquarium because, true to form, she enjoyed each tiny exhibit but cried for those few minutes it took us to move her from the African penguins to the American lobster, from the green sea turtle to the giant octopus, from the electric eel to the sand tiger shark.
